This year, we're introducing a new way to keep your fitness goals on track all year, while having fun and staying motivated. Each month, we’ll announce a fresh challenge designed to push your limits, build camaraderie, and celebrate your progress.

Whether it’s hitting a personal best on the rower, mastering new movements, or competing in a high-energy squash showdown, there’s sure to be something for everyone. Track your participation, rise to the occasion, and, most importantly, earn bragging rights along the way!

At the end of the year, members who complete the most challenges will be celebrated and awarded special prizes.

March Challenge

This March, your challenge is to complete 13, 30-minute cardio efforts

Of the 13, there has to be 2 treadmill workouts (walking is acceptable), 2 bike workouts, and 2 elliptical workouts. The other 7 efforts can include treadmill, elliptical, bike, ski erg, row, stepmill, or swimming.
