Whether it’s hitting a personal best on the rower, mastering new movements, or competing in a high-energy squash showdown, there’s sure to be something for everyone. Track your participation, rise to the occasion, and, most importantly, earn bragging rights along the way!

At the end of the year, members who complete the most challenges will be celebrated and awarded special prizes.

April Challenge

This April, we're running a Tabata challenge - perform 8 minutes of the Tabata protocol, 11 times.  

For this Tabata, we will use 4 exercises. You will perform a movement for 20 seconds (with 10 seconds of rest), then move to the next exercise.

The exercises are: Jumping Jacks, Squats, Moutain Climbers, & Jump Squats.

With a running clock, you do 20 seconds of jumping jacks, rest 10 seconds, at 30 seconds do 20 seconds of bodyweight squats, on the minute do 20 seconds of mountain climbers, and at 1:30 do jumping squats. Repeat 4 times for a total of 8 minutes.

This can be used as a warmup before your workout or a finisher at the end. The goal is to accumulate more reps in the 20 seconds over the month.
