At the end of the year, members who complete the most challenges will be celebrated and awarded special prizes.

July Challenge

This month's challenge is going to work on your Farmer's Carry. This exercise works almost every muscle group, improving cardio health, endurance, and strength.
 
Two Part Challenge...
 
1) Determine the heaviest load you can carry for 10 trips from red line to red line (5 down and back trips) without setting the KBs down. This is a controlled walk, not a jog or run.
 
2) Determine the heaviest load you can carry for 10 trips, red line to red line with up to 15 seconds of rest each trip. 10 carries with 15 seconds of rest after each pass. Again with a controlled walk. Rest must take place at the red line and not in the middle of a carry.
 
Use the month to practice the carries and improve your strength and conditioning.
